What you will do
  • You will be responsible for translating support articles (German and English) for our help center and creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate technical content to rewrite our “Product handbook”.
  • You follow and contribute to comprehensive guidelines that product managers and other publishers across Taxdoo must adhere to when creating and releasing content. 
  • Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • You will read in detail all our existing articles and meticulously correct them according to the guidelines.
What are you good at
  • You have exceptional communication skills in German and excellent English (native-like, written, and spoken).
  • You have at least 3+ years of proven experience in a comparable role, successfully translating technical requirements into clear documentation and collaborating with product managers and designers.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and Zendesk or similar tools. 
  • Bonus points for knowledge of VAT/tax regulations and/or accounting.
